Flavours and Spices of India

Savours was inspired by three sisters who are passionate to share their Indian heritage and healthy, nutritious eating.

Priya, Sereena and Alexa Kaul's family left Kashmir to live in the United Kingdom in the 1970s. They grew up in Derbyshire watching their mother prepare delicious meals using fresh spices from Kashmir. As the years went by, they continued to use these recipes to prepare food for their own families. Their friends wanted to know their secret for cooking traditional Indian dishes, so they decided to share it by writing a cookbook, collected more than 100 family recipes that everyone can easily make at home. They designed their own spice tin (masala dabba) to hold 13 essential spices sourced from India. Now they are looking ahead to releasing their assortment of spice blends, and a new cookbook.
